MAMMAMIA TASTING PROFILE : Dry white fruits. Minerality, texture, and a beautiful freshness on the finish.

BLEND : Sémillon

WINEMAKING : The date of grape harvest is defined according to the tasting of the berries. For this cuvée we aim for a very ripe expression of Semillon. Manual harvest. The work in our cellar with gravity system is modulated according to the quality of harvested grapes and guided day by day according to tasting. Vinified in 500L oak barrels with regular stirring. Short aging in stoneware jars.
